Application forms are available from the main council offices in Milverton Hill, Royal Leamington Spa, or you can contact the Electoral Registration Office on 01926 456111.
Completed applications for Postal and Proxy Votes must be received in the Electoral Registration Office no later than 5 pm, 6 working days prior to an election.
