Members of the public are allowed to address some of meetings of the Council and the Planning Committee. Guidance on this can be found within the Council's Constitution under Part 4 - Rules of Procedure - Public Speaking at Council meetings, or Public Speaking at Planning Committee.
Members of the public are also allowed to address the Council, the Executive or Overview & Scrutiny Committees if they have submitted a petition to that meeting, subject to compliance with Council Procedure Rule 8 - Petitions.
