Council tax figures for the next financial year were agreed at the council meeting held on 21st February.
For the district council the increase is 4.50%. This equates to a Band D bill of £138.03, equivalent to £2.65 per week. That is an increase of £5.94 a year or 11p per week on the previous year.
The total average bill for a Band D property is £1,408.23. In percentage terms this is made up as follows:

Information for customers using a barcode to pay council tax or business rates
It has come to our attention that the barcode included on some new council tax and business rates bills may not be usable. If this is the case please contact us on (01926) 456066 as soon as possible so that a new barcoded bill can be issued to you.
