Keep Britain Tidy is launching the Big Tidy Up, the country's biggest ever litter tidy up. The aim is to collect 500,000 bags of rubbish and you can help.
Looking for a team building exercise for your business, community group or school that is good fun and benefits your local community? Then join the Big Tidy Up, taking place during September.

You will be sent a free tidy up kit with posters, stickers, bibs and badges together with top tips and essential guidance to carry out your tidy up safely - everything you need to have a Big Tidy Up. There are also details of competitions with prizes of £100 in garden vouchers for local communities.
Why not let the Waste Services team at Warwick District Council know about your planned Big Tidy Up? We have some tidy up kits donated by the waste contractors Sita and these are available to the first 5 registered tidy ups that contact us. There will also be a limited supply of ‘tidy up tools’ available for groups to borrow and the team will be selecting a ‘big tidy up’ to join in with. Once you have registered, just call us on 01926 450000 or email ehwaste@warwickdc.gov.uk for advice on how to dispose of the waste collected and to be in with the chance of the help of our waste services officers in your Big Tidy Up.
