Warwick District Council is participating for the first time this year in National Customer Service Week 1st – 7th October. This event is organised by the Institute of Customer Services.

So what are we doing?

There are customer service displays at all of our leisure centres, receptions and front line counters explaining what we do and promoting the various ways people can now contact the council.

Chris Elliott, Chief Executive, together with a variety of senior managers and staff are taking part in 'back to the floor' scenarios all week which include selling tickets at the Spa Centre, answering switchboard calls and stamping out library books in Kenilworth.

There is a customer questionnaire available at all of our receptions and counters which asks customers to comment on the how easy it is to contact the council. One lucky customer will have their name drawn out of a hat to win an Ipod Shuffle.

Customer service staff, a Recycling Officer and Benefit Take Up Officers will be at Kenilworth market on Thursday 4th October and Saturday 6th October.
