Direct Debit
For council tax, business rates, and rent if you would like to take advantage of our Direct Debit scheme please call us on 01926 456338. Alternatively you can sign up online for business rates or council tax.
Telephone
For council tax, business rates, housing rents, car park excess charge tickets and invoices, if you would like to pay over the telephone call Freephone 0800 028 3377 and have your card and bill details ready. This is an automated telephone service and is available 24 hours a day. There are no extra charges for paying by debit card but credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

By Cheque
For council tax, business rates, and housing rents, you can pay by cheque free of charge at any Post Office. Simply take your plastic payment card and the cheque, made payable to Post Office Ltd and crossed “A/C Payee”, to your nearest Post Office.
Invoices and excess charge tickets can also be paid at the Post Office. Take along your bill and the cheque, made payable to Post Office Ltd and crossed “A/C Payee”, to any Post Office.
By Cash
For council tax, business rates, and rent pay by cash at any Post Office, Pay Zone or Pay Point outlet. Simply take your plastic payment card to your nearest outlet. Invoices and excess charge tickets can also be paid in cash. Simply take along your invoice or ticket to any Post Office.
