Below are the details on how to find agenda minutes and reports for Council meetings.
The system allows you to view the Committee agendas, reports and minutes.
In order to access the committee information the red "+" to the left of any of the text must be used by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When this is done the next level of information will be shown.
For example in order to access the Planning Committee dates (05/12/2005 etc) click on the red "+" next to text stating "Planning Committee". This "+" will then change to a purple "-" to show that the requesting information is open, as shown in the example below. The example shows the "Planning Committee" level open, therefore displaying relevant committee dates, together with the 02/11/2005 committee date level open, displaying the agenda and minutes.
In order to access the committee reports the red "+" to the left of the agenda text should be selected, whilst selecting the text itself (shown in blue) will access the agenda. To access the minutes the blue text should be selected, as is the case for accessing the individual committee reports.
