Councillor Mrs Judy Falp

Warwick District Council elects the Chairman of the Council annually in May. The Chairman is one of the Council’s 46 Councillors and is the first citizen of the District and is senior to all the Town Mayors.

It is the Chairman’s responsibility, apart from chairing meetings of the Council, to represent the Council at a wide variety of functions. In the year of office, the Chairman and their consort can expect to attend three or four hundred events. The Chairman aims to visit during his year all 23 Town/Parish Councils within the District.

The current Chairman of the Council is Councillor Mrs Judy Falp and she is married to Stephen and they live in Royal Leamington Spa. Councillor Mrs Falp has been a Warwick District Councillor for five years and a Whitnash Town Councillor for 13 years.
