Public meetings of the Planning Committee are held every three weeks in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall, Parade, Leamington Spa.
All meetings of the Planning Committee are open to the public, except when there are items which are confidential or exempt and these are likely to be considered in private.
The Planning Officer introduces each item, and the names of those persons having registered to speak are announced by the Chair, in the order of Parish/Town Councils, Objectors, Applicants/Supporters and Ward Councillors.

The agenda is published five working days before a Committee meeting.
The Planning and Engineering Department will notify those people who have made representations, applicants and town/parish councils of the inclusion of the particular application they are concerned about on the agenda and advise them of their right to speak at the meeting.
Copies of the Agenda are available for inspection at Riverside House reception, Kenilworth Connection, Warwick Connection, The Town Hall, Royal Leamington Spa and local libraries. Copies of the agenda along with the Addendum report (which summarises any further comments received after the printing of the agenda) will also be available for members of the public attending the meeting at the table outside the Council Chamber.
