Ways to access our services
You can report issues and request services online. In addition to the website we provide a range of ways to get council information and services.
Phone
Our customer service centre handle the majority of calls that come to the council.
Face to face
There are places throughout Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth where you can access services directly by speaking with staff face to face. We are also working to provide more of these one-stop shops throughout the area as we expand the Warwickshire Direct service.

With our Digital TV service you can access range of services and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can

- Damaged play equipment
- Potholes
- Damaged bus shelters, pavements, street seats or street signs
- Noise, smoke, lighting, odour nuisance
- Suspected unauthorised building work
- Damaged pay and display machines in car parks
- Damaged public toilets
