Most people pay by direct debit. Sign up online to pay by direct debit. Alternatively we can take your details over the telephone on 456066. We have a choice of payment dates available 1st, 5th and 20th of the month for Council Tax accounts and the 1st, 15th and 20th of the month for non-domestic rates.

Help to pay your bill
If you are in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit or on a low income, you may qualify for a reduction in your Council Tax. This is called Council Tax Benefit. You may also get help if you share your home with another adult, or adults, who are on a low income. This is called Second Adult Rebate. If you think you may qualify contact Benefits, Riverside House straight away. Any delay could lose you benefit.
