At Warwick District Council we have one form to claim housing and council tax benefit.
Please note
- If someone helps you to complete the form they must also sign the declaration on the form.
- You will have to provide proofs of your identity and other papers to support your claim
Home visits
We will arrange a home visit for those who are unable to get to one of our offices if they fall into one of these categories:
- Elderly or Infirm
- Disabled (or have disabled dependents)
- Have mobility difficulties
- Are registered blind
- Housebound
A Visiting Officer will help you:
- Complete any housing or council tax benefit form
- Help with benefit enquiries that cannot be dealt with over the phone
- Make a new claim for housing or council tax benefit
