This exciting project involves the refurbishment of 13 Victorian railway arches in Court Street, Leamington Spa.
Once renovated the arches will provide spacious multi-use workspace for businesses in the creative arts and media sectors. Each arch will receive a high quality re-fit, including lining and glass frontage. Single and double arches will be available at competitive rates per sq ft.
Work started in August 2008 supported by funding from Advantage West Midlands and arches will be ready for occupation in January 2009.
