Council property
Warwick District Council is currently developing business premises in Althorpe Street and Court Street, Leamington. These new schemes are designed for businesses in the high technology or creative industry sectors. We also manage premises at Spencer Yard, Leamington Spa.

Relocating to the area
The authority is part of the Warwickshire Investment Partnership which provides a dedicated support service for companies seeking to relocate into or within the area, including a property database search facility.
