The Motor Salvage Operators Regulations 2002
A motor salvage operator is a business which consists of the recovery for re-use or sale of salvageable parts from motor vehicles, the purchase of written-off vehicles and their subsequent repair and re-sale.
If your business falls within the scope of these regulations, you will to need register with the Council.
The registration covers a period of three years.
