Licensing Act 2003 - Annual fee

Under the Licensing Act 2003 each premises which holds a premises licence (excluding parish/community halls which do not sell alcohol) has to pay an annual fee.
Warwick District Council's policy with regard to the annual fee is as follows:
Invoices for annual fees will be issued early in November each year for all premises whose licences were granted on or before 24th November 2005.

Invoices for annual fees for premises whose licences were granted after 24th November 2005 will be issued shortly before the anniversary of the grant of the licence.
