Council managed business centres and property
There is currently availability of office space at Althorpe Enterprise Hub, which provides fully-furnished and serviced office premises, specifically suited towards new businesses and early start-ups.
There is further space available suitable for studio and offices at Court Street Creative Arches, specifically designed for the creatives and hi-tech industries in mind.
We also manage premises at Spencer Yard, in Leamington's Cultural Quarter.
