The Assembly Rooms are available for hire throughout the year. They provide a superb venue for conferences, wedding receptions, dinner dances, concerts, dancing or exhibitions.

DescriptionSet in the heart of leafy Warwickshire, the Assembly Rooms offer fine Regency architecture and interior decoration. Located alongside the Pump Room Gardens and Jephson Gardens, the Royal Pump Rooms is a listed historic building which offers a gracious and regal background for almost any event. The central location of the Royal Pump Rooms makes it easy to reach by train, coach or car. The Assembly Rooms were redecorated in 1997 - 99 to recreate their Regency ambience. They include a sprung wooden floor, stage, optional bar and concert piano. Staff are available to help plan each stage of your event, including in-house catering.
Main Assembly Room
The main Assembly Room is 24 metres long and 8.6 metres wide. It can be laid out to seat up to 200 people for a dinner or wedding reception and 160 people for a dinner dance. Alternatively it can seat up to 200 in theatre style for events such as concerts. It can be blacked out during daytime.
Assembly Room Annexe
The Annexe is 11.9 metres long and 7 metres wide. It can seat up to 60 guests in theatre style, or up to 80 for informal gatherings. The ceiling is glass conservatory type and cannot be fully blacked out during daytime.
